I played this 100% on the steamdeck.

Fantastic atmosphere, rewarding upgrade system, mysterious learning curve, great music, sound effects, color pallet and changing environmental effects.

The challenging aspects of repairing or losing loot or your ship sinking are well balanced. The variety of fish, the different mechanics for catching them and the upgrades to do so are also all equally balanced and fun.

I would love to see future patches / expansions for this game, growing environments, ships, enemies and fish to catch. New missions and characters / lore.

This game is very relaxing and fun to explore the map while somewhere cozy.

While being a border guard, you are confronted with choices and a story between rebelling against the system or joining them.
You will be given choices and therefore need to gain more money to upgrade your border crossing with more staff, cars, housing, tools and weapons.
You do this by obviously not making mistakes by the wrong denial of entry or accepting the wrong people. Searching cars and comparing them to daily or story objectives. You can also trade with the people that come across.
Finding contraband is fun and a little challenging - and rewarding. You must arrest smugglers or wanted criminals and transport them to jail. While driving in the open world you may encounter rebels and you have more choices to make there as well.
Overall, I am really enjoying this long awaited game and it's holding up to exactly what I was hoping for. It's fun and quick to learn. For under $20 it's a great game!

One of the best games I've ever played.

I'm just here for the steam awards 2022 achievement - nominated Deep Rock for 'Labor of Love'

The game has seriously gotten markedly better since it first came out. It is an absolute blast of a game to play - the community is great too. 99.99% of groups I join are kind and helpful and just want to cooperate to complete missions.

I really love all the variety of missions, the unlocks for weapons and upgrades. The cosmetic stuff is cool and unique. Biggest of all, no paid DLC that makes you 'stronger'.

The other biggest thing is that after putting this game down - I didn't miss out on any of the assignments or 'events'. I can still complete them all.

Huge shoutout to the devs of this game. You really do love the work you are doing and it's showing!

It plays so well and everything about it works well in VR. It's exactly as advertised. Perfect with a friend or two. Easy to pickup and hard to master. Beautiful environments and physics.

I loved this puzzle / story. It was so beautiful and enchanting. I loved the perspective puzzle aspect and all of the details to the modeling. Colorful, rich, vibrant environments. Really awesome to play in VR. The trailer does nothing to how this actually looks and feels in VR.

Just finished it up with a friend. It's a lot of fun and challenging enough for seasoned shooters. Polished. Good sound design. Nice levels. Shooting is satisfying. I liked the puzzles, hidden areas and music. The level design varied enough to keep it fun. I would buy the season pass when it goes on sale.

I love how there are a ton of different ways to accomplish a mission. It's a different choice for every level. I love discovering ways to get closer to a target or let the objective take care of itself from far away. Posion cocktail anyone?

I'm just writing this for the steam awards. Great game, really well done enviroments, great story telling.

I cannot endorse a game - that continues to cater to streamers who get members of the community banned because they refuse to put a simple delay on their streams.

I cannot endorse a game that after months of play hasn't patched lag in the audio. Lag when encountering enemy players.

I cannot endorse a game that doesn't allow you to jump or vault. (coming soon, coming soon, bla bla bla)

I cannot endorse a game that has micotransactions but the game itself is still terribly broken. They have turned it into a for-profit mechanisim by using streamers as advertisting and the purchasing of items only proves this.

And finally, the most important part of all, I cannot endorse a game where you don't have fun on a consistent basis. When playing a game where everytime you encouter an enemy you experience audio lag or suffer from a terrible refresh rate.

They allow streamers to have test server access - to practice and get better. But the rest of us are left to try out that sniper rifle or 8x scope for the 1st time without any knowledge of it's characteristics.

Do not buy this game. It's just not fun yet.
