Should you buy this if you are trying Rimworld out for the first time? NO. As with all the DLC, play the base game for a bit, buy a single DLC and play it, and continue one at a time. Same with mods. You need to know what is being changed with each DLC/Mod.

Past that, this is a fantastic DLC that adds optional and customizable content that adds a Bloodborne/Cthulhu atmosphere. The trailer shows it perfectly. I love when developers release fairly priced for their size DLC, and Ludeon always does. They are worth showing support for, especially if you want the game to grow.
