I played this game 1000 hours so I think I liked it

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GAME!! This game taps into the arcade racing games of Sega's Golden Age (late 1980's to early 2000's) with one of the most visceral racing experiences to date. On Expert (aka "150cc" mode), this game makes Mario Kart look like a kiddie game. There's no reason NOT to play this game on Expert. This game performs wonderfully at a near constant 60-fps which helps that sense of speed really kick in. The environments are colorful and laden with landmarks to accentuate the grandeur of speed.
There's a wealth of cars from all walks of life worth appreciating--F1, Prototypes, GT, NASCAR, European exotics, muscle cars, JDM. The list goes on.

This is honestly one of those rare games that both appeals to gamers and car guys alike. It's a celebration of what makes racing so joyful and enthralling. It's all the good stuff you like about cars and racing condensed into one package. It's definitely more on the "shallow" end (since it is an arcade game after all), but if you must have the exemplar racing game, it's this one. Everything about this game makes me smile (except maybe the VA's which can be muted). This is an "easy to learn, hard to master," kind of game, so you can get a lot of replay value out of it if you are interested in competing.

If you do play this game, play it with a USB controller (Xbox 360 or Logitech), or better yet, a steering wheel. If you don't know how to configure the game to use a steering wheel, hit me up and I'll tell you how to set it up. It makes the experience a magnitude better!
