The game is a bit of a hoot really. The game has a lot of different areas where you will be tired of chain quests when the people are right next to each other, but the war maps are fun.

Picking the right minions for your army is important, and knowing that you don't have to always upgrade them (yes you can save mats for late game. Do so!) gives you the choice. I made it to lvl 21 soloing hard maps the entire time so the difficulty isn't too hard.
