It's old school x-com, updated. Nothing flashy, just solid and a challenge. The quasi cold war setting works nicely and the static artwork looks nice.

The tactical maps are reasonably varied and don't become samey too quickly (apart from the farm one).

As is traditional in x-com alikes, you'll be cursing those missed 95% shots (although they happen at about the right frequency!) and mourning the soldiers you just got killed through your own ineptness.
