Fix the game pls

*The network issues are insane
*Game feels like 60hz even with 240hz
*It feels like we are walking on ice
*Input delay - poor movement
*Run and gun is way to strong - skill gap is shrinking
*Spray knockback gives me sickness
*cheater :)

pls remove subtick.. even 64tick feels way better than the current state of subtick
