oh thats great, actually i would like to recommend some great software..it tells you how your much battery is left in your controller.

zombie cat, my pc is immaculate all up to date, its my one material possession i treasure, but i figured it out last night and u wont believe it....my controller batteries were dying and caused all the issues idk y, idk y windows doesnt have a window pop up to say batteries low, but yea it was doing it w code vein and i finally figured it out...feel dumb but glad its nothing major, i am going to re buy halo next week when i get paid so i can finally enjoy it. thank u for taking the time to try n help. and if u ever see someone w the same issue tell them to check their controller batteries.

also make sure you have the most updated graphics card drivers.

by this game i mean reach, since this is a review of mcc

it could be thermal throttling, because a 1060 should run this game no problem.

have you ever considered cleaning it and maybe replacing the thermal paste?
