An excellent (PvP) isometric brawler-sport hybrid. There's a fairly steep initial learning curve due to the variety in character roster and core mechanics, but there's substantial depth in character interaction and maneuvering the objective. Fast-paced, high-intensity, & tons of fun!

A grand strategy game dripping with hellish atmosphere. The gameplay mechanics are varied, but manageable to learn relatively quickly. The political dynamics in player interactions allow for a plethora of strategic viability. The characters, style, and soundtrack are immersive. "To reign is worth ambition."

Better than Overwatch.

Despite all the negative backlash, I really enjoy this game. It provides a unique battle arena experience that relies heavily on skill. The game is not a traditional MOBA, although it shares the camera angle, and I enjoy this game more than some MOBAs due to the short, intense rounds. All abilities are skill shots, so there isn't any free damage, cc, etc The game is free-to-play, so I recommend trying it if you're highly competitive. After you try it, read the reddit/forums before making any decisions about supporting the game financially.
