Hollow Knight has a fantastic story. it gives you pieces of the story as you explore the world, although it might be hard to grasp what is happening at first, the story is indeed very interesting.

Gameplay - 10/10
Simplistic combat system, a large variety of enemies and bosses to fight, and a massive world to explore. Hollow Knight will keep you busy with the huge amount of content it contains, the game gives you a lot of freedom, allowing you to explore so many places very early on in the game. Each enemy is really unique and the bosses are so different so that you will keep on experiencing new things even after playing for a long time.

Art - 9/10
The game's animation is extremely fluid and pretty. everything is so beautifully drawn that it just absorbs you into the game.

Characters - 8/10
The game has a multitude of NPCs to interact with, from your typical merchants to characters with crazy personality.

Soundtrack - 9/10
The game's soundtrack will get you so immersed into the game, each region in the game has its music that just blends in so well with the area that it creates this amazing atmosphere.

I honestly cannot think of any flaws in this game without being nitpicky, aside from the fact that this game is priced too low for the amount of content the game has, it will make you feel guilty paying so little for such a masterpiece of a video game.
