The company is pay huge attention to the community feedbacks and needs. The only "downside", not really a downside, is that the game isn't for casual players, because of it's complexity you need to invest some time understanding the basic and use a couple of extra tools, like Path of Building, that will help you a lot with your experience. If you are look for an ARPG right now with a huge community and LOTS of active players and don't mind spending some time understanding the game before start playing this game is definitely for you.
