Yeah i've barely touched it, but its been great so far and you get a feel for the scope relatively quickly. So for what it is given the price and the fact that we're finally getting a good speedster game. im happy with it!

for a game thats all about keeping up momentum and going fast, they interrupted gameplay like every other minute or so. I feel like they just shoved in an endless amount of dialogue which doesnt really add anything to the game. Doesnt help that you usally dont see the actual characters in the overworld, it sorta just kinda jumpscares you if your not in a shop or something. I absolutely despise how you navigate through the courses in this game, instead of doing something fun like making the portals appear within the overworld they instead drag you out of the game and into a menu for about 10 sec unless you set the path at the start of the course. Other than that i feel like the world in general looks a bit samey overall. It's more or less just a bunch of hills and stuff. Great game otherwise :D

This is nintendo level quality game, really looking forward the full game as it seems to be a classic in the making. My only hopes are that we get more momentum based platforming segments and larger courses in general in the full game! Kudos!!

People arent giving this DLC bad rep because its HARD or bad. Its because its boring. They essentially made the combat turn based lmao.
However great the quality, the gameplay experience has essentially boiled down to a dragged out rythm game with a bunch of empty scenery for reward. You're not really "exploring" a map, you're just walking through it as there isnt much to find. The boss "fights" all amount to a one sided endurance test where you slooowly chip away by getting one solid hit in between every 20 hit combo. Which is incredibly unrewarding and really boring especially when neither your build or playstyle have any meaningful impact at all. As all you can do is just roll around and i-frame everything til "it's your turn".

really neat game! Although i caught myself wishing for the stage to end at times, the parkour felt really nice and fulfilling! The atmosphere was fantastic. It felt awful getting stuck at in some desolate part of the structure, but by just looking around i felt envigorated enough to keep going just to get out of there. Which just made me feel more immersed and in tune with the character, because you feel the same relief when you FINALLY reached a better place.

wow i've barely sunked my teeth into the game yet, but from what i've seen so far. MAN this game is just fantastic.
This is the shooter i've wished for ever since i was a little kid: The attention to detail, gorgeous stylized graphics, gameplay feel, tempo and flow. Feels drawn to it's outmost potentail.
I'm playing on hard and the gunfights are tight. Whilst you don't die from a few hits, if you don't act fast and use your positioning and enviroment to your advantage. You will be. Because of that the combat really feels consequential and weighty. However once you get a feel for the controls and once you get good at it. You'll eventually glide all over the place on a killing spree and feel like such a badass doing it.
It's good.
