Helldivers 2 offers gamer's a quick jump into the action game, delivering high tension battles between the enemy faction and satisfyingly destructive weapons.

Great for casual or seasoned comers.

I personally find this to be a very enjoyable game, with tons of replayability.

The developers have worked very hard to iron out bugs in the early releases and distribute fun content. Their content model is very appealing where you can earn DLC instead of requiring to purchase it, however it does raise a small concern for longevity if no one is paying for continued development of a live service game.

Imagine we'll see some sort of change to that later down the line.

The community is also very nice compared to other games, don't generally encounter a lot of toxicity.

This is a fantastic game which requires careful consideration for each action you take if you want to survive unharmed with minimal casualties.

I can't speak highly enough of this game, right from early access to full release, it's been a strong winner.

Thank you to the developers for all your hard work, you've produced something amazing.

I am already open to purchasing DLC should it become an option. ⭐

The AI re-tweak is great, makes the game a lot fairer!

One small ask would be the option to manually finish a session once all hard and soft objectives have been found instead of automatically, allowing the player time to explore the map's story telling elements as they may be left whilst the area is unsafe.

I'm sure the developers behind this game had a lot in mind and are proud of what they've done. I don't think this game is outright terrible however the powers that be (managers and those alike) have the wrong attitude when promoting this game and I believe have driven this game into mediocrity, ruining what it could have been.

Great intention, poor directorial direction. Characteristics typical of a big company that focuses more on stats than quality.

This game promises a lot but falls short on what it aims to deliver. Gripping and moreish content.

Sadly this game doesn't leave me wanting to come back for more.

I've put a few hours into this and loved it at the start, however the monotony of the game, lack of fleshed out environments and general repetitiveness has resulted in a very boring game.

After going backwards and forwards far too many times when following the main story and sides it left me asking myself "Do I want to spend my finite free time running these boring tasks for little enjoyment" Simply - no. If I want to do that, I'll work over-time, not play a game.

A lot of what Starfield has set out to do is dated and lacklustre. Something that would have been perfectly fine a couple of years ago but isn't enjoyable today. Which tells you that this game will not hold up well against time.

Something that the Fallout series manages to achieve very well.

I feel that the feedback we get from the face of Bethesda - Tom Howard - isn't very helpful neither and rubs people up the wrong way. Typical cooperate spiel which is highly unauthentic, tries to position itself as the best friend of the customer but overall just doesn't work.

Perhaps Bethesda is approaching a turning point in their company which could make or break it and might need a change of face and direction to build a new mature reputation rather than trying to cling onto what was.

What Bethesda have produced here with Starfield speaks volumes about what the company has evolved into today, it's future direction and the quality of it's content gamers should expect to receive in the future.

Bethesda needs a new face, new approach, new management and direction when it comes to developing games.

I'm sorry if my review has gone off kilter here, it focuses more on the company than the game, but as an adult (which this game is targeted for), this is what I look at when looking to purchase goods or content. What they do and achieve, is an example of what the company is.

I think there are more enjoyable games that are worth putting your time into backed by consumer focused development studios.

Prey whilst was a little slow to start, which I must add is namely down to me not understanding the context of this game fully to begin with, is a fantastic game with a meaty story, interesting mechanics and leaves you wanting more when you stop playing.

I aken it to the likes of Half Life 2, in terms of how you could interact with the worlds physics, Mimics look like headcrabs, throwing things reminds me of the gravity gun.

You can also play this game in any which direction you'd like. It's great!
