Don't buy this. Buy 'Kill The Crows'. It's infinitely better to control and you can kill things in one shot (good luck trying to guess how many shots each bad guy in this game need to take down, it's random.)

Trying to control your character in this game is the equivalent of driving drunk.

WASD to control a character's movement should be as simple as it gets.

Except... W moves you up and to the left, S moves you somewhere to the right, A and D seem to just slow your movement.

Early Access Review
Haven't experienced any cheaters. Graphics are mediocre (Fallout 4-esque).
But holy crap, it's Escape from Tarkov... in space.
A stress fest, resource gathering with your 25 minutes of air keeping most people from camping too bad.
Don't get attached to your gear or anything, you're gonna lose it - a lot.

But I enjoy running around as a rat, spamming the "Hold Fire" shout button, trying to make friends with randos and loot together for a while. So that's neat.

Kinda feels like being a bad guy in the Firefly/Serenity universe. Worth the money on a sale for now (it's Early Access), but a lot of fun. I've been playing for a week and have 40 hours in.

I slept on this game for far too long thinking it didn't look like anything special.

I was wrong.

This game has atmosphere, graphics, great gun-play, movement, actions (calling in artillery if you're a team leader and have a fellow player running the Observer role), gore, immersive audio and explosions and artillery and gunships and...

...well, suffice it to say, it has everything you want from Call of Duty, Battlefield, Escape from Tarkov, and after getting it while it was on sale for $15, I feel like I stole this game. Absolutely worth it if you're a fan of mil-sim FPS.

I've owned this game for quite some time, but never looked into it (no youtube videos, no reviews, nothing).

Then I saw a gif on Reddit of "the catch", and I was intrigued - "What game is this??"

Upon finding out it's Titanfall 2, and I already owned it, I had to spin it up - it visually looked way better than what I had imagined, and since it's now a few years old, Max Settings all the way, and 120fps.

And holy crap, the campaign, while only about 6 hours or so on Regular mode, was filled with a great story, AMAZING action, great innovative physics, and mixtures of massive worlds and level design, awesome gunplay, and a great connection to the protagonists. Enjoyable antagonists, execution moves, and personalities across the board made for a surprisingly fun game.

9/10 worth the money.

The only reason it's not a 10/10 is because for whatever reason, upon hitting Play in Steam, the game will sometimes just... not work. It won't boot up and the Play button turns to Stop and then back to Play.

Trying to spin the game up for a 3rd or 4th time has always worked so far though, so I wouldn't call this a gamebreaking bug by any means. If you can grab it on sale, amazing - but even at full price, the campaign alone is worth it. Have not had a chance to successfully join a multiplayer match, but that's also why I knocked 1 point off - but I'm looking at the solo campaign and the enjoyability of the story.

Super fun, though a bit buggy in some spots (mostly lost connections and lag). But the inherent teamplay is beautiful and hilarious, and a wonderful game for all ages (though the caliber of some of the puzzles can be a bit advanced). Definitely recommend!

I got this game for myself and a friend without knowing what it was really all about and without having read any reviews.

It is an amazing, beautiful game with an AWESOME story and a great, unique way of having you play with your buddy. It will surprise you in all the best ways.

Get it.

I don't like scary games. I barely even like scary movies.

This game terrifies me and has me on the edge of my seat, and it's addicting af. It's hilarious trying to escape from the big bads.

10/10 Would be strung up on a meat hook again while hoping the other players will have the balls to come save me again.

I first played this game before it came out, about 19 years ago (on a demo disc, I believe).

I just finished this game 3 years before it's 19 year anniversary.

It was a heavy trip down memory lane, and the fact that the demo only had like 3 levels that were from various parts of the game made playing the actual game feel like a brand new game.

Nevermind that the graphics make it feel like 1995, the gameplay is actually really fun - the introduction of the John Woo "Bullet Time" it brought still feels as earth-shattering as it did the first time I played it.

Granted, it definitely makes you realize that real estate must've been pennies on the dollar compared to today's games (basic houses and offices had SO MUCH ROOM back then compared to the cramped, realistic settings most games today have), but man. What a feeling to run into a group of baddies when turning a corner, and then slow-mo sidejump your way out of their shots as you see the bullets flying past you, as you unload your Beretta into them...

A great game to play, a better game to remember.

Get it on sale, get it full-price and imagine you've only played a bunch of Command & Conquer or the original GTA, and you'll be at the edge of your seat most of the game.

Pro Tip: Save-spam often. It's easy to get caught up finishing a level or two before dying and having to repeat the entire dang process forty times before you remember you can quick-save through the menu (is there a shortcut?)

This game is incredible. It's beautiful, it is disturbing, it is awe-inspiring, it is gut-wrenching.

I played through it with my keyboard's arrow keys and control key, and finished the last 5 minutes of it using my Xbox controller.

Buy it. Play it. Experience it and be left with a sense of unease and wonder as you try to juggle the existential dread and raw gut-flipping shock at the incredible story.

"Edge of Tomorrow, but with samurai"

I bought this game on sale, as it was part of a pack and it was cheap, I think like $8 or so.

It's not my kind of game. I prefer fast paced shooters or anything VR.

But I just completed this game after 115 hours of playing it. I couldn't get enough.

It's basically a puzzle game, with the play style forcing you to figure out the best angles and approaches, and which of the characters you can/have to use in order to make the most efficient moves.

The quicksave/quickload feature is awesome - it's my first time playing with something like this, and I would know to restart from my latest quicksave (often just a few footsteps into my new run) just to make things as efficient and smooth as possible.

The story is fantastic. The characters are unique. The art style is easy on the eyes and beautiful to stare at.

It has a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of how to navigate between players, choose your attack/weapon/skill, and learn to rotate the camera (Alt + Mouse left or right), it can be so, so, SO satisfying to accomplish a kill or knockout, or even just to narrowly escape the eye of the guards or enemies.

I am so happy I got this game, and it was surprisingly easy to knock out as many hours as I did just because there are so many different ways to accomplish a goal.

Definitely worth the money. Absolute MUST purchase if it's on sale!
