Game has an amazing level of attention to detail and polish. Still some bugs (ha ha) to iron out, but the game shows some AMAZING potential. For $40 i think the game is incredibly worth, even better if you can grab it on sale.

For Super Earth.

Early Access Review
Tthe game itself felt really good, and it ran pretty well for me. But as soon as I exited the tutorial and entered the main gameplay loop, I instantly fell out of it. Was expecting something that played similar to like The Division with some DayZ, but it plays more like an off-brand Tarkov. An Extraction-Looter. That's not a Open-World MMO Survival.

If things change and they release new gameplay styles, maybe I'll come back to it. But until then, I fold.

If I had to choose one game for anyone with VR to get.

It would be H3.

If you have VR and don't get H3..
You are dumb.
You are stupid.
You have lost what little respect I had for you.

BONEWORKS IS THE VR GAME OF THE COMING YEAR! A MUST BUY FOR ANYONE WITH A VR SYSTEM!
But alas, this game has it's draw backs.

It's a combat game first, story game second, so you have to keep that in mind. There are a lot of things that could be made better, and it would make the gameplay 10x as good as it currently is.

Sandbox being locked behind Story Mode is a negative for me. I know you worked hard on the story, but locking the Sandbox and forcing us to play your Story isn't how you should go about it. Let people play the game they want to play it, not the way you want us to play it.

If you die, you reset to the beginning of the scene, and these scenes are LARGE. Don't expect to get any checkpoints during your run.

The Camera is VERY jumpy. You have a physics based body, that means a lot of wiggle. Attaching the camera to the head of basically a moving rag doll makes for some motion sickness inducing moments.

Climbing is too hard, we as VR Players control the Head and Arms of the player, and you make sure we know that. When we climb, it's all arm strength. Realistically, we would use our legs, so making the climbing just the slightest bit easier, including the mantling, would be a strong suit for the gameplay.

On top of the climbing being too hard, the hands and arms are very janky sometimes. They can go through objects on the occasion and get stuck, completely ruining your current run.

The Quickslots are too small. You have to be VERY precise to put things in the slots and to take them out. This leads to a lot of fumbling and throwing and time taken away from playing. Making them slightly bigger would be very helpful, and as well as allowing us to maybe move them slightly. Maybe a calibration where we can fine tune the locations to a more natural position would be nice.

I will continue to edit/comment on this as time goes on. I just finished the campaign and am eagerly awaiting the next update!
