This game man.... This game.

It draws you in, you go from playing 20mins on your playthrough and thinking meh... whatever. To giving it a second shot and completing it in 4hours.

Its so unique, with game mechanics and scripting I have never seen before.

It makes you question the choices that you make, when you make them, and really screws with you a little.

I would highly recommend playing this, it's actually a very good game. It is relaxing to play, for the more part, keeping your attention when you get into it. Very immersive.

Great game with a beautiful art style, relaxing soundtrack and easy to play from Day 0. Lots of super cool workshop content too, to keep the game fresh and change things up. There's a lot more you can do with this game than just the regular dungeon crawls, so I would recommend that (After you have done all the unlocks for the basic charectors) you test out some mods and extra content and spice things up :P

Early Access Review
Very fun, a good take on an idle game! Can be played either idly or actively, doesn't try to take your money from you every 5 seconds with micro transactions either. :)

I like this game ^-^ Very nicely done.

Very fun game, just wish sandbox mode wasn't unlimited cash.

As one of the few examples of early access games done RIGHT, this game gives you everything it promises, and more, and I genuinely think this this is my favourite game at the moment! I'm not going to lie, I bought this game because it looked really pretty, and I wanted something relaxing and exploratory to play, that's the only reason, but upon playing it I realised I had been given so much more.

Whilst I was right about the beautiful graphics and details in this game, it also has a lot of detailed storyline and information that you learn throughout the game. With a nicely done crafting system and blueprints you have to find and research along the course of the storyline and through exploration, it makes the gameplay much more immersive.

However this game is as terrifying as it beautiful as you delved deeper into the vast alien ocean, and explore all sorts of biomes and creatures, not all of which are friendly! I'm only 27 hours into this game at the time of writing this review, and still haven't explored even a fraction of the map.

(I'm a bit of a wimp, and the thought of entering the deeper, darker parts of the ocean scare me at this point.)

I'd recommend this game to anyone, as it's pretty easy to learn, and even at full price of £19.49 it's worth every penny.

Techinical Stuff:
-I recommend you meet the recommended requirements for this game (obviously) or higher, to be able to fully appreciate the beauty of it, as the graphical details are one of the most charming features.
-Game has no auto-save, which is a perfect for this type of game, an actual god-send. But don't forget about it or you'll find yourself losing hours of work and exploration without saving before you quit!
-Singleplayer only, to many people's dismay. Part of me wishes there was a multiplayer, but I'm also glad it's singleplayer, as you get to enjoy the game in its entirety.
-There are a few bugs, but nothing I've found to be game-breaking as of yet, and most of which are easily avoidable..

This game is highly addictive, and also highly based on RNG. You drop from a plane and parachute to a location of your chosing across the map, and even if you pick the same place 20 times in a row, you're guarenteed to get different levels of loot each time. Sometimes you'll be stuck with a sickle, other times you'll be fully kitted out with an Mini14 and all it's attatchments, and personally, I like it.

As someone who loves just running around and looting stuff in games, PUBG is great, because 90% of the gameplay is a running/looting simulator, until you make it to say, the last 20 players of a game, which is when the action starts to happen.

As far as Battle Royale games go, this game is pretty well balanced in terms of loot, the zones in which it spawns, and the dispersal of air drops, the combat itself could use a little work, as there are occasional buggy hitboxes, and hackers which can't be avoided, but all in all its incredibly fun.

As someone with a terrible aim, I much prefer playing with friends, and I like the fact that this game offers not only Solo and Duo gamemodes, but also a squad gamemode for up to 4 people. ON TOP OF THAT there's also First Person gamemodes, for those who hate their lives and enjoy having limited vision in games.

As a game that's still in "early access", lol? It's great. It's being updated constantly, and the developers seem to be listening to what their customers want. Also the graphics are pretty, which helps.

I'd recommend this. I went from playing 2 hours solo, and hating it because I suck, to playing over 170 hours with friends and rather enjoying it ^-^

Edit: Still good. Still being updated. Fortnite will never surpass this game.

I started playing this game with low expectations after reading a lot of reviews.
All in all though, it's a good game. Yes it has a really buggy multiplayer, but the singleplayer is great, with lost of different victory conditions, and plenty of CIV's to choose from. Literally all of the CIV's have their own advantages and perks, unless you're Venice. Never be Venice.

If you are wanting to play multiplayer, get a friend with a good pc and a strong internet connection to host it; otherwise you're out of luck.

Would totally recommend this game. I went from hesitating playing this game to packing in over 100 hours pretty quickly.

I'd recommend buying the game when on sale, with all the dlc though, as the game by itself doesn't unlock it's full potential.

Early Access Review
Kill people with rocks.

Steal their rocks.

Find them again and kill them with their own rock.

I've only played two hours of this game so far, currently on the first of five chapters, but it's probably the best £15.99 I've spent in a while.

Not only is this game cheap and great value, but it's both easy and challenging to play at the same time.

It's unique, with a great choice-based storyline, that adapts to your decisions, but also gives you the option to rewind time and alter a choice you made, or an action that you did.

It's incredibly fun to play, and is a forgiving game.

Pros:
-Unique game with a good story, beautiful graphics and music and decent voice acting. (Graphics can be a little glitchy on low quality, but higher quality does the game more justice anyway.)
-On a Similar level to telltale story/choice based games such as The Walking Dead or The Wolf Among Us. The gameplay adapts to decisions that you make, with the twist of being able to rewind time to edit or undo an action you have chosen.
-You can interact with a hell of a lot of things in the game, most of which affect the future for your charector.
-You can take selfies. 'Nuff Said.
-It has a mild puzzle element to it in some scenario's, which adds to the fun.

Cons:
-Lip sync and graphics are off in places, but it's a game, it's gonna happen.
-The ability to undo actions and redo them by rewinding time can spoil certain outcomes, but that's a player choice, not a necessity.
-Some of the charectors are frustratingly annoying.

I really, really like this game overall. 9/10
