I’ve played a lot of multiplayer games over the years, but RE:Verse stands out as one of the worst. The core concept had potential, but the execution was simply terrible.


The biggest problem? Unplayable lag. I’m consistently getting 250ms in every match. The servers are located only in North America, which is mind-boggling for a game that's exclusively multiplayer. Who thought this was a good idea? A global release should have global servers.


There's always a "meta" in these types of games, but the trophy for winning with all Raccoon City characters was a painful grind. Some characters are borderline useless, and there are too many hard counters that make matchups frustrating rather than fun.


The ELO system in public matchmaking is completely broken. You can end up facing players with 9999 ELO while you’re still at the default 1000 ELO. What’s the point of having a ranked system if the matchmaking ignores it?


I managed to unlock all the achievements before the servers shut down in June 2025. That’s it. That’s the only silver lining.


If you're thinking of trying it before the shutdown, don’t bother—unless you're an achievement hunter. Even then, prepare for a frustrating ride.

Best re remake ever.

Excelente juego. Lo jugue hace un tiempo en ps4 y valio la pena cada minuto. Si tenes la oportunidad de jugarlo y tu pc lo corre bien, no lo dudes.

Excelente juego. Horas y horas de entretenimiento ya sea en modo campaña o online. 100% recomendado.
