The Piercing Headache unusual shouldn't be added.
Mainly because people will get confused by either the fact that there's a blood splatter coming out of the enemy or because they think some random sniper killed them.
Unusual effects shouldn't look like this, they should be all glittery 'n ♥♥♥♥.
