Well after roughly 2k hours of playtime, I can tell you that unturned is a poorly optimized, oddly balanced, and overall laughably made game. Yet because of that it manages to be mindless fun. Single player gets stale very fast and quickly turns into a base building sim with survival elements, so multiplayer should be your priority. On that topic the multiplayer is... interesting. Nelson's updates almost always break something plugin wise, so roleplay servers require near constant updating and maintenance, and his balancing seems to be more pvp oriented despite being a survival game. But if properly maintained they can be extremely fun.

The pvp is mostly Hispanic/European squeakers spamming the same tactics; Maplestrike + PDW combo, fighter jet dropping, Seattle needle/building camp, PEI prison camp, etc. It does have the tendency to get pretty repetitive, but it means free kills for anyone smart enough to use the the surprisingly untouched and overpowered weapons like the Eaglefire, Fusilaut, Devil's Bane, and more. Pvp offers some good fun for a bit, but don't be surprised when you constantly come across the same cliches I mentioned above. Even some of the "best" players are too scared to branch out of their repetitive molds.

Outside of pvp however, the game becomes much more reliant on the community aspect. Roleplay and survival servers are only as good as their community allows, which is often below average. I've met some cool people on this game, but sadly they're outnumbered by toxic children (most of which dont speak English) and just pure ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Nonetheless if you can find a good server backed by a decent community then Unturned is great for dumb, mindless, and hilarious fun.

Overall Enter The Gungeon has easily become my favorite game on steam. I got this game all the way back in 2016, and have just now really started to get into it in 2019 after 160~ hours of scattered gameplay. Even though I've beat all pasts and I'm slowly making my way to beating Lich, there are still a bunch of unlocks and secrets i need to find which means even more hours after Lich and with the upcoming Farewell To Arms update, thats just more on top of that. So if you're debating getting this game; get it. It has great replay-ability and hours of fun gameplay.

An interesting concept with a good execution, SUPERHOT is a great example of a fairly uncommon idea being a good one. While a bit expensive this game is well worth it with hours of fun.

Im going to start this review off by saying that im not reviewing the gameplay, because I cant play. The game looked pretty fun from what I saw so me and my amigo got the game and... it didnt work. It just crashed everytime I tried playing. So until this gets fixed, I would reccomend buying another game.

Great game, all I can say

This game is a double edged sword for me. On one hand I have the game on my Xbox and I love it, then on steam I cant even run it without it crashing. So only get this if its on sale as there is a chance it wont even work. I will still recommend it as I know the gameplay is fun.

Best way to ruin a good day, also the best way to get fulfilled when you finally beat that 1 level
