one of the most beautiful games of all time. many people bought this game for the boss fights and story, well i bought it for the open world. fromsoft has managed to make one of the most in-depth open worlds out there. their world building skills are phenomenal and i found myself just running around the world. i rarely even fought. i just loved explore such a RICH environment. an environment that seems to have effort and love put into every corner of it. as a kid i was a MASSIVE Asassins creed fan. the only reason i played those games was for the amazing parkour and the freedom of their open worlds. but compared to those games, which are full of meaningless collectathons, this world actually feels alive. it really feels like you are wandering this fantastical world. the fact anywhere you look, you can go, is huge in my eyes. the ability to look out in the horizon and know you can go there.
