Decent. Not terribly long but an enjoyable linear horror story.

Fantastic sequel. A lot longer than part I. They definitely made some interesting story decisions this time around that I'm not totally in agreement of, but they did a really good job of fleshing it out. I also think the gameplay is much more intense/evolved from the first game, but it's still a constant series of scavenging or fighting humans/infected. All aspects of the game are top tier, especially the visuals/animations/environments. I found it hard to put down, but later on I found myself ready for it to be over. I had only one black screen crash issue that was solved with a graphic settings tweak, but otherwise great port. Definitely worth getting if you enjoyed the first!

GREAT game. Red Dead Redemption level quality/immersion. I waited until now to try it on sale due to all the reported issues at launch when it came to PC. Aside from some easily fixed graphical issues like ghosting, I ran into no crashes or issues at all. Took around 13 hours for a single play-through and honestly I enjoyed it so much I want to do new game+. Definitely a purchase if you like story-driven games.

Pretty good and relaxing. I found it a lot more realistic and in-depth than Viscera Cleanup Detail. It's also got an actual story with added comical dialogue. While the missions get increasingly complex/larger as you progress, there's only 10 in total, so hopefully the game will receive some DLC in the future.

Early Access Review
Really good (and addictive) city builder. While at first glance it seems like a simple beaver themed village game, Timberborn is actually a fairly challenging colony builder about controlling water and automation. Each area has multiple sources of flowing water through it that you must learn to direct and control so that you can keep your crops alive, your colony hydrated, and have enough stored up to survive long droughts or tides of toxic water. There's all sorts of micro-management with resource gathering, storage, transportation, power generation, and even your beavers themselves. While Timberborn is still in early access, there is already a ton of content to keep you busy for a long time. The devs are also consistently closing in on the 1.0 release by dropping big content updates every few months that optimize and uplift the game further. Definitely worth checking out.

Fantastic game. Between the visually stunning environments, flowing brutal combat, and all out full representation of the 40k universe, this has easily become one of my favorite games. The story is well-written, lasting around 10 hours with one cinematic battle, twist, and clever dialogue to the next. There's a fantastic PvE coop mode complete with 6 missions, 6 heroes, and tons of gear/skills to unlock and level. There's also a solid PvP mode with 3 modes and more progression to master. Aside from some connection issues online, I've not had any issues with the game in 100+ hours. If you've ever seen the Astartes fan-made cinematic, this is the game to bring it to life. Definitely worth checking out - For the Emperor!

Solid little indie game. Addictive fishing gameplay/progression as you explore the world and face the horrors/insanity that lie waiting in the deep. Took around 11 hours to knock out the main story and all side quests. Worth a look!

Dove into this game blind seeing as it's frequently 80% off and I'm actually really glad I did. It was unexpectedly very good and fun. You're essentially a space fighter pilot with special abilities out to stop an evil cult from dominating the galaxy. The gameplay is very fluid and thrilling -- especially as you acquire a larger variety of weapons and powers to employ while blazing around space dogfights at high speeds. I also found the story, voice acting, and just overall design of the game to be really solid. Similar to Everspace only without the resource management. Also took me around 15 hours to do everything. Definitely worth a look!

Who knew salvaging could be so fun and addictive. I couldn't get into this game when it first came out, but after returning years later, I found it to actually be quite a hidden gem. You live in a little space container and spend day after day tearing apart ships to pay off your debt to an oppressive corporation. You're on the clock so you have to be quick and efficient at identifying ship layouts, where the most valuable parts, and how to get them pulled or cut out without blowing yourself (or the ship) to pieces. You have to be precise and careful, as you will quickly find yourself launched like a rocket if you pop a pressurized room or fuel tank unprepared. There's also a pretty solid story tacked onto the career mode that is well done and makes everything feel worthwhile. Took me around 25-30 hours to beat career mode. Definitely worth a look!
