If you have the PC for it, this game is incredible. I'm due an upgrade and therefore it isn't running too great in the campaign map using a 980ti (overclocked) and an 8350 AMD overclocked to 4.8Ghz. But the in game battles do run marginally nicer on High Settings for everything with no AA enabled. Shadows turned down also.

If you had specs lower than what I have, then it might not do the game justice, other than the requirements, its a damn good game!

Early Access Review
(Before you read any more: Buy this game. Turn off in game music. Load up Witcher 3: Wild Hunt OST, and Slay some filthy inbred looters while running away from the Chonky)

I had heard mixed reviews coming from my peers who had been observing streams of people playing the game on release. But I didn't listen, I mean, C'mon! its mount and blade!! I cained warband, and not even that long ago! With its hollowed out Morrowind simulator graphics (but a fighting system that Bethesda can only dream of, then wipe up the accident in the morning trying to remember what the dream was about...).

This game is the turd that polished up to be part of a wholesome, tasty, artificially synthesised Royale with Cheese that unavoidably sauces up the mouth after each bite, leaving a taste sensation for later. I know the game is far from perfect, But I've only experienced one Crash which lost me all of 6 minutes because the game autosaves a fair amount. dialogue has mistakes (referencing female characters as 'His' or 'Him' and some other grammatical clunkiness)... but hey who reads them anyway after 20 hours!? Me...

They did what most other developers fail to attain when they bring out a sequel, they added features! The game's much less clunky (but enough of the clunk retained to know your playing M&B). It no longer feels like some Mod a University student whacked together in their spare time. Others may not share my views, but I'm impressed. Its certainly not just like 'playing warband modded'. The character models are no longer carved from emotionless wood!! And finally massive battles with intricate siege face-off's.

The only thing the Developers need to do is keep a finger on the pulse with the modding community, keeping up with the content, potentially commissioning their work. Id really like to see some whacky Mods like a LOTR or something similar to the illustrious GOT mod.

Thats my bit. I should go to bed. Hmmm... maybe one more battle?
