So excited to play the latest Civilization game! There are some refreshing changes from Civ 6: No more workers! Overall, the it's quite a bit simpler of an interface, getting right to the meat of the game. I like the division between ages, this makes a lot of sense. Wife and I have played it for many hours so far!

My teenage daughter was watching me play, and she said, "This isn't open-world, it's open-universe!" Very true! So many things to do, very early on in the game. Amazing visuals, exciting combat, lots of exploration, crafting, questing, and constructing! I'm only in the early stages, but I can tell this is going to be a lot of fun, for a very long time.

This is, in my opinion, one of greatest computer games ever made. The story is fantastic, there are so many characters, so well written, and such an incredibly rich world with so many options! I'm going to be playing this for decades, I think.

If you loved this game back in the day, as much as I did, then you will REALLY like this new version! All that cool stuff is still here, your ultra-elite war trolls still work just like they did, etc. So much fun! There are some new bits, and if you want the true retro experience, you can turn them off. I love the new hex map, too, so much better!

This is seriously the best game ever made, in the category of open-world fantasy RPG.

What an open world! I'm utterly amazed by this game. It's a mind-blowingly huge project! I expect I'll be playing this game for at least a decade.

I'm loving this game! There are many things you can do, many different aspects. I'm slowly learning them all.
