Outstanding graphics, OST and sound in general. Very good story/plot and acting (it includes voiceacting), specially in the 'Stillness' ending. Good puzzles, gameplay and AI in enemies. Some regular boss fights. Bad performance.

Overall, an excellent horror game and a great remake.

I'm not typically into MMORPGs, but I've tried many of them. Last ones I enjoyed were MU Online, Lineage 2 and RIFT after them. I've tried AION, BDO, Lost Ark, New World and many others. Whether I didn't like them or felt overwhelmed, I didn't enjoy the hours I played any of them as much as I've enjoyed the 30 hours I currently have with this one.

Perhaps I'm more inclined towards classic systems, but the gameplay here is fantastic for me. I'm playing as a DPS/Healer hybrid with Staff+Wand and there are many builds and combos to execute, from stacking weakness status on enemies to lightning, fire or ice spell combinations. The dungeons and their bosses are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great, all of them with unique mechanics that you need to learn or you will get obliterated. Everything is simple to learn, it's simple to understand what use do all the items have and the progression and learning system is great.

The graphics are astonishing and the best part is that there are no loading screens, you can teleport to the furthest point of the map without any pause in between. Sound is also on top.

The gear that you can acquire by just playing looks as great as any paid skin. I don't want to make excuses for that but I really think there's no way to have a monetization system based solely on selling skins on a MMO, there are whales that can have any gear at their max level before the rest but the thing is... whales compete with other whales and you compete with other F2P players. That's it, you can get the same gear as the whales eventually, you can even sell traits, items and more to them at the auction house. You will have a lot of fun assuming that and just for free, if you feel it's unfair when you are at end game then don't play it anymore... what do you lose if you didn't put any money? You had fun for many hours and that's the point of videogames.

Having finished both the game and the DLC, I must say that this is more than just a game. It's a wonderful, one-time experience.

Early Access Review
At the beginning, it may seem that there is an overwhelming amount of resources for upgrades and that Melinoe is kind of weak and boring compared to Zagreus from first Hades game (he's a warrior and Melinoe a witch). However, once you get used to everything and start upgrading the main character, you realize that it's a different game than the first one and perhaps even better and more fun, also filled with more content.

It looks and runs outstanding on a Steam Deck OLED, full of beautiful colours and well defined sprites.

It's like everything I enjoy (Roguelike+SRPG+Tower Defense and more) combined into a single game with tons of content and replayability. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love it.

This is, without a doubt, the scariest game I've ever played. Not only are the jumpscares usually effective but the game also keeps you constantly stressed which is what we expect playing a horror game.

Graphics are really good. I didn't like the voice of the main character but the voice acting is decent.

Totally recommended.

One of the best DLCs I've ever played.

The missions are all unique offering 2 different paths and 4 endings, 2 of which expand the ending of the base game. Hell, there's even a survival horror mission reminiscent of Alien: Isolation.

The story is very good, the characters are even better and the music complements perfectly with what's going on.

The new city is fascinating, featuring many engaging sidequests.

I just need to give it at least a 9/10.
