Somehow runs very smoothly on my potato. I rate it a 10/10.

So, I got a new computer with an i5-3470 and a GTX 980 SC and for some reason, I keep getting a stuttering issue, so much that the game is unplayable. The loading screen has choppy music, playing for 2 seconds, pausing for 5+, and playing again, on a constant loop. When I get in game, the stuttering continues. I get one second of playable time until it stutters again for 5+ seconds. When I check my frames, it is way more than playable, so I don't know if this is a driver issue, but I have uninstalled and reinstalled them multiple times. It would be great if rockstar can fix this issue.

UPDATE #2

I figured it out. For some reason, having some of my playback devices disabled causes that issue. I fixed it by enabling all of the audio devices and making my headphones the defaults.
