Elden Ring O Elden Ring.

30 hours of gameplay, getting lost, getting rekt,
beating bosses in some arbitrary order.
Finding so many weapons to choose from it is absolutely unreal.
The scale of the open world without repetitive garbage and the sheer beauty of it is
extremely pleasing. There has not been even a single open world game which can compare,
the closest being Witcher 3 which is maybe a small fraction of this game in comparison.

If the optimisation issues are fixed it is easily the best game ever released in the past decade
and it is hard to see any upcoming game outdo this game in the aspect of both exploration and combat.

With the QOL changes it is the best game to get into the soulslike genre.

20/10 everyone must play this game.

Edit: nominated this for GOTY on steam awards. Many patches came and fixed the performance and took away the few cons this game had. Game of the decade so far.
