WTFast is really good software. I don't know the reason why it got so many negative and not recommmended reviews.
I have been using WTFast for 1 year, it's useful and helpful. I play CS:GO and I live in Vietnam. The Valve's matchmaking server is in Singapore.
Here are some stats after 1 year using it:

***Without WTFast***
-Ping 80-120
-Loss 5-10% (sometimes)
-Choke 3-5% (sometimes)
-My aim was always slower than enemies

***Using WTFast***
-Ping 40-60
-No loss
-No choke
-My aim is better and win rate increases

Many improvements, that's true and quite IMPRESSIVE! But there are something you need to improve your sofware:
- If WTFast connection is lost (crashed or something else), my connection ingame is also lost too :(
- Time to route to WTFast server is quite long, sometimes I couldn't connect to server

My rating for your software (0-10 scale) is 8.5 .
