Product received for free

Just came back to this after putting it down for a while. Found my account completely deleted. I have been told they couldn't inform me they were going to delete my account.

Ontop of this, I was originally sold on the game as PVE and there haven't been many PVE updates in a while. I'm told the PVE is dead.

I also was not an active player during the publisher change and my account gone upon returning. However, the new staff restored all lost items; cards, equipment and gold within 24 hours. I'm very impressed with the customer service and am currently enjoying the campaign.
