Feeling the need to update this, ignore all the negative salty reviews about cheaters in Prime.
Seriously, played about 10 games today and every single one of them was free of cheaters, in fact I haven't seen a single one since it went F2P.
Either those crybabies are salty because they're just bad and lose to better players, or their trustfactor is incredibly bad because they smurf/cheat on alt accounts.
If you are a fair player with Prime, you'll notice no difference to how it was before.

That being said, seeing tons of Overwatch cases with multiple ragehackers in each of them, I do recommend to get Prime if you want an enjoyable experience, though I'm sure it's probably fine even without it if your trustfactor is high, meaning you were never banned, own many other games or anything else to make the system think you're a fair player.

Seeing all the people with hundrets of hours asking for a refund of their $15 just proves that most are just blindly jumping on the bandwagon here, try it yourself instead of blindly believing everything..
