A lot of potential here, cool concept, runs smoothly, it's intuitive and easy to get into. However, as the screen gets busier the art style is a little lost in the mess. There is a lot of content in the playtest. In it's current state, if this game remains affordable (-10$), I think it's a nice addition to any Tower D fans library.

Great game, everything you'd expect from HoMM but rebuilt, more enjoyable combat only downside I'm experiencing is 2560x1440 windowed/fullscreen can be iffy, especially if you put on lock cursor to screen. when your game restarts your game window just barely puts "options" off the screen which almost made the game unplayable.

Absolutely beautiful game, great art style and narrative additions.

It troubles me dearly because this game has a lot to like but really does not want to give it to you.

Not worth the price currently; hard to get more than an hour or two out of this game without annoying me intensely.

Left 4 Dead + Vermintide in the 40k Universe

Hits a lot harder, the immersive feel is pretty ripe. Progression can be a bit slow because the game is quite difficult, but it leaves a want to come back to. Weapons change up class play-style dramatically, as well as talents or "feats". Squad class compositions play into how the play style of your squad, and how the loot gets divied up. Lots to build on, I hope they keep the updates and content coming as time progresses

This game was pretty fun until the end. End game is just a bunch of modifiers and mechanic bent on melting cerebral synapses. Kind of just throws you into the game, explains very little, which is fine until it

Took me several hours to realize you can modify your party, weapons, armor, positions at any time using the top toolbar. 15 hours in, still have no idea how the progression works; Lanes mechanics are far from intuitive.

It's meh. Fun, but the game mechanics increasingly become overly complicated for little to no reason.

If you think you're interested - Buy it on sale, a big one. This game forgets what it did the first half, and fumbles it completely in the 2nd half.

Would have liked some active base defending moments and an ability to take notes in-game, but overall it's a great experience. It grows on you.

Worst design decision was putting this game into the context of a square ocean map with gates you pass through to sequence. Quite a world, leaves 0 to be imagined. A little Buggy, and ultimately feels like a mobile game. Rogue-like/lite aspects are very weak. Took 2 hours to get bored of selections between crew and ship. Great story content and mechanics by comparison but delivered in almost grotesque fashion. I refunded at 10$.
Grab on a big sale if you think youll like it, this is worth 5$ or less.

Lovely game, but I cannot recommend if you're on an AMD. Just upgraded my PC a month ago, and I am well around tripling the minimum requirements but cannot get this game above 20 FPS
