la verdad un juegazo no tengo mas que decir,dejo receta de un bizcochuelo:Paso 1

Con la ayuda de una batidora eléctrica batir los huevos con el azúcar hasta que la mezcla cambie de color y se ponga de color más claro. Para verificar el punto, levantar el batidor y dibujar letras sobre el batido. Si se sostienen las letras, está perfecto.

Paso 2

Tamizar la harina con el polvo de hornear con un colador para evitar la presencia de grumos.

Paso 3

Sin batir, con la ayuda de una espátula de goma, agregar la harina y realizar movimientos envolventes para no bajar el batido.

Paso 4

Verter la mezcla en un molde de torta enmantecado y enharinado y llevar a horno a 160º por 45 a 60 minutos.
