RTX3080 and Ryzen 5800X3D

There's absolutely no reason I should be having around 30 FPS...

Performance issues aside, I've run into a few game issues:

- Population only wants low density housing (no idea why).
- Commercial zones with many residents around are still lacking customers and go out of business.
- Water/sewage pipes don't properly snap to water utilities.
- Attempting to place roads in grid mode result in invalid roads, even though the roads work properly when placed manually.

This game ruined my life.

This game will ruin your friendships and consequently your entire life.
