A very enjoyable and fun game, it truly captures the ambiance and feeling of its time. It makes you feel as you progress ever more powerful, well balanced to my taste. The story works for the type of game, in a 80s/90s style every antagonist have a conclusion inside the story, when you feel the game is over, there's still one loose string that needs to be handled :)
The value of this game to the cost is very high, it is just long enough.
Conclusion: recommended, If you're a 80s/90s guy is very recommended!

Indie games often offer way better single player experiences than AAA games, certainly this does. Good sci-fi story and an enjoyable gameplay. It has some rough edges, some gameplay decisions I wasn't completely satisfied, and some trouble with ultra widescreen, nevertheless with its minor faults I really enjoyed the game, therefore I recommend it.

In brief it's a gem. It is not as big or grandiose as a AAA game, nevertheless it's a very enjoyable experience.
There are some minor issues, sometimes the sound, it could get a bit repetitive if you want to gather all items, but even with some little flaws, it made me feel I was in a future pretty much like Bladerunner. This game has its peculiar visual style (I played almost entirely on first person view), sometimes I wished it was a high budget title to see everything in hyper realistic glory. If you like cyber punk stories you should play it!

It seems like a simple idea done superbly, but it is way more than that, it is relaxing and can bring back memories of childhood. I have already ruined one mouse with all the clicking and it was worth it. With the just released Deluxe ed. you can import your own images, I do not know the size limit, I imported photos from my DSLR and worked like a charm.
If you want something to relax, buy this one, put some music and enjoy.

Many people debate if video games can be considered a form of art, just like with movies I wouldn't considered all games to be art, but certainly art can be made with videogames, and What Remains of Edith Finch is a proof of that! This game is a work of art.

Wonderful! It is a loss that games like this go under the radar, it is fun to play and I had a very enjoyable experience. Though it isn't long (I finished it in about 12 hours), it is rewarding to acomplish the goal of the story. It felt like a movie, a sci-fi/fantasy one, the main character didn't feel shallow, he is a barbarian but not a savage. It is a good adventure/action game, and the end of the story was a real surprise to me.
You can play with keyboard and mouse, but it is easier to do with a controller. Graphics are not the best (and shadows look bad on cinematics), but that doesn't carry you away from the action nor from enjoying the game.
Not all the people like hack & slash games, or console ports, I usually play other type of games, but I'm happy I bought this one, I bought Enslaved on discount, but now that I finished it I would have paid more for it.
Added bonus, the female character is very pretty :P
