Definitely a fun little game, even though very short to 100% it - and lacks some replayability afterwards. Although mostly empty of other people, I did get to experience the battle arenas a little bit and they were a lot of fun. A nice mix of platforming, socializing, and collectathon in one. Feels like a development team to follow.

A very quirky, relaxing game where creature-collector meets life-sim. Every NPC and Ooblet has a unique personality, that you fall in love with quickly. The music and vibes throughout the whole experience definitely lifted my mood throughout the day. It's a great cozy game, and great if you want to just turn your brain off and not think too hard.

The battle system is very simple, but structured in a very nice way. It doesn't have too much depth to it, which could be either a positive or negative, depending on what you're looking for. The barn dances mix things up a little bit in difficulty, but most of the time, you'll find yourself just clicking the same cards without any regard to what the opponent is doing.

The story is good, and I definitely got pulled into it a bit near the ending, but it too lacks a bit of depth.

Great game, that really helped me fill the void that I've been needing from Pokémon for years now. So much of the combat, and interactions in battles feel thought-through. The story is great, especially the first moments where your screen starts glitching out. The characters and beasts are creative and lovable. And the MUSIC IS INCREDIBLE. Definite recommendation for any Pokémon fan.

Extremely fun game, although a bit short (100% achievements in less than 3 hours). In the later moons, the micromanagement and number of cards on the board can get extremely overwhelming. For the price, the visual style, and the gameplay, it's definitely worth it.

Although it has been hit with a large multitude of bugs, I am still enjoying this game very much. Its grind is reminiscent of many old-school MMO's that I have had a horrible itch to crave.

As of the void gauntlet patch, PvP-flagged luck has been increased, and on even a low-population server, I've had so many memorable fights. The combat is enjoyable and fluid, and highly skilled-based (as opposed to just knowing a rotation of keys to press).

Definitely would suggest for any fans of PvP-rich or old-school MMO's.

A wonderful Pokémon-type game, with the addition of a true multiplayer experience and the removal of randomness in battles (no crits, no % chances), which makes competitive play more about skill rather than luck. The monsters feel more natural too - no "sentient trash bag" type of monsters. Would recommend to anyone who's ever enjoy Pokémon, but just wanted more.
