Unfortunately I'm very aware of that, and as far as I know that's a problem with the game itself
The cosmetic and Spy himself change to their LOD1 model at slightly different distances, resulting in obvious glaring clipping at taunt camera distance

Hey there! I really love your Strasbourg Scholar cosmetic for spy, but I have noticed that it has clipping problems with the pants when viewed under certain angles. It's especially noticeable during taunts, particularly Luxury Lounge. I was wondering if you could look into that?
