Great content, but abysmal performance.

I'm using the AMD in-driver version of FSR (RSR) to drop the resolution further and see how that helps, and I'm also tempted to download the preview drivers for in-driver frame generation to see if it works on this game - with a PC that can run Cyberpunk at 8K.

I launched it to find it maxing out my GPU immediately while only getting 110 FPS in the menu. Playing the game on the high preset *with* FSR and dynamic resolution scaling on automatic gave me just over 60 FPS on an empty map.

To actually get a consistent 60 FPS which still drops and stutters, I have to make this game look worse than the original with constant resolution scaling and have max GPU usage for the entire session. As much as I'm enjoying the content, how have they managed to make it run this badly?

I'm not asking for 165 FPS, I'm asking for a smooth 60 that doesn't make me feel sick, my monitor flicker because of its FreeSync range, and turn my PC into a heater with my GPU pulling a constant 400W.
