This game is incredibly fun and very difficult at times, but it has never once felt unfair. The art is beautiful, the soundtrack is amazing, and the game feels excellent to play. I highly recommend it.

It's a fun little cleaning game. It takes about an hour to beat and 100% the game (as advertised) and plays like if Dredge was about cleaning up an oil spill. The graphics were my personal favorite part, they're very charming.

It's really quite fun and engaging. I've really enjoyed playing it.

This game is great. The strongest aspect of the game is probably the strong artistic vision and the impressive execution of that vision. The environments are beautifully horrific, the animations are weighty, the monsters are cool and disgusting, and the soundtrack and sound design is nothing short of incredible. Every single aspect of the aesthetics is a step up from the previous game. The game just FEELS good. It's incredibly easy to sit down and just lose yourself in the atmosphere of the game. For that alone I would recommend it, but the gameplay is fun too.

I really enjoy the structure of the game. It's a kind-of roguelike, so if you've played a ton of the original and are craving a new framework like I was, you'll find a lot to enjoy here. It's got a ton of replayability, and the regions each feel distinct and interesting. Losing a run or having a character die isn't as impactful because you probably didn't spend five hours leveling that character. As I get older and have less time for video games generally, I appreciate a game that respects my time in certain ways the original didn't. The character's abilities also feel somewhat fresh, and interact in different ways with the almost entirely new and expanded cast of monsters, so you really aren't playing the same game. I get the feeling that pretty much everything in this paragraph could be a negative for people who just wanted more of the first game. And that's totally fine, I've been there. If that's what you want from this game, you won't get it and should know that going in. But if you're like me and you want something different from what we already have with the same impressive polish and direction as the first game, I can't recommend this enough.

This game rocks. It's got mind-bending puzzles while somehow not being extremely obtuse with how the puzzles are solved, which is a pretty fine line to walk. I finished it in 3.5 hours and while I was never once stuck on a puzzle, it didn't feel easy, which in my eyes is a marker of very good game design. It was always made very clear what you could and could not do within the limits of the game, which made the game flow very nicely, unlike other puzzle games I've played in the past where not fully understanding how something works can lead you to getting stuck somewhere. The environments are cool, the concept is cool, even the limited action segments are cool. I highly recommend this game.

Visually, incredibly impressive. It also scared the hell out of me with essentially nothing ever happening. Absolutely worth playing through.

This game is super fun, it's like if Pokemon had incredibly good quality of life. The mechanics are fleshed out, collecting monsters is fun, and the setting is interesting and engaging. I wish there was more of it, but what's here is well worth it for the full price of the game.

This is a short, atmospheric game that I found very enjoyable. If you're going to buy this game, know that it's VERY short, and that it's very cool. Then just play the game without reading anything else about it.


As for my opinions:
The car sections were long, which was definitely purposeful and added to the experience, but it annoyed me on subsequent playthroughs. When I stopped paying attention and crashed into a barrier after the hard cut into the final driving sequence, which prevented me from getting the final two achievements, I was very sad. I'm probably not going to play the game a third time just for those achievements.

Awesome game. The only thing that makes me sad is that there wasn't more shooting, because I really liked the way the gun felt. I'd play a shooter with that gun in it.

Great game. Just a whole lot of fun, and the developers are listening to feedback and updating the game consistently. Easily recommended.
