I've been playing Monster Hunter since the PSP days. Barring PS2, Generations, and World, I’ve played all the other titles. Wilds feels refreshing and definitely experimental in certain aspects. Had to upgrade my rig just to get past the performance complaints.

Just my 2 cents—Monster Hunter has always been about the end-game grind, boss fights, and multiplayer experience. If I had to trade more monsters, armor, and weapons for a bigger world, storyline, and characters... I’d say this one might not be for the hardcore MH fans out there. That said, this entry has definitely attracted a wave of new players, and as old hunters, we welcome the fresh blood and new ideas.

Hoping Capcom delivers another great hit after Wilds—something more akin to the pick-up-and-play experience of the handheld days. In comparison, I feel Rise stays truer to the classic MH experience than Wilds does.

The Devs put in their heart and soul into this product. It delivers an honest experience and not designed to grab money like most of the commercial games out there.

If you are an old school gamer you'll probably enjoy this!
