It slaps in all the right ways, gorgeous world, absolutely massive. Yeah the bosses are hard, some new mechanics are introduced, new weapon classes and lots of stuff to explore. This is a work of art if you ask me.

Bought the deluxe on sale for 3 euro.

Pacing is way off, to slow, no sandbox, no mod support, the oceans dlc introduces a temp mechanic so poorly thought out and implemented it drains any will to play the game faster than you can restart a new one. Tutorial is way to long and restricting, like it really wants to hold your the entire way through, however never bothers to learn you anything meaningful about trap layouts etc. Starting a new game without the tutorial and you are suddenly playing on hard mode, great promise, very ♥♥♥♥ execution.

It is the golden standard of turn based 4x.

You know it is good, so why even look at the reviews, just buy it already.

Very good. Some say it is too good and that we don't deserve games this good. Well, prove em wrong I guess?

I play this more than I should

Lazy little shooter with fun build mechanics, however a lot of RnG on higher difficulties which might turn some people off. or you could consider it a fun puzzle with shoot em up mechanics and use that big brain you got to make screen exploding organ combos.

It was good, not to simple, not to hard. Things made sense, even though its a bit far out there, along the fenceline.

Its pretty chill and sometimes its very not chill, but its kind of your choice. The amount of content added post-release for free to everyone is mind staggering, they did good at hello games. Easy to recommend.

Great game, your ship is like: pew pew pew, baddies go like: pow pow pow. It is like a dance, one easy to grasp and fun to master. Varied styles of ships and gear keeps it fresh. A cool shoot'em'up rouge like experience!
