Played Last of Us Pt 1 and Pt 2 back to back for the first time now that they are on PC. TLOU2 runs great and has several improvements over 1. But ♥♥♥♥ everything else. First few scenes of the game, Joel gets murdered by Brock Lesnar's daughter and then I am forced to play as her and actually have a good time? Funnest parts of the game were dying while playing as Abby. Only reason I would pick up either of these two games again is to 1) spray down Abby's dad in the surgery room and 2) murder Abby's friends again.

And wtf is the ending. I have slaughtered 999999999 people in this game yet in the last second before drowning Abby Lesnar, Ellie has a change of heart and walks away without fingers. I was spamming F for punches and stabs even when none of that was popping up on the screen.

Imagine this. You're playing RDR2, and the end of the epilogue, John Marston gets a flashback of how much of a "good person" Arthur was. So he let's Micah go. That's basically the ending of this game.

L writing. 1/10 game.

If you enjoyed the RE2 remake, you'll likely have a good time with this game as well. However, it's shorter and a lot of assets are reused, so the $60 price tag is unacceptable. It took me less than half as long to finish my first play-through compared to RE2.

Great game, would recommend buying at $20 or less

hello steam awards. this game is a masterpiece. havent played online and dont intend to.

my favorite parts:
- amazing story
- hunting is fun
- weapons are cool
- crafting
- in-game cheats when you feel like its gonna be a low honor kinda day

wish they'd add:
- more customization for single player

if you have the hardware to run it, its a no-brainer. on a gtx 1080, i had 40-50 fps most of the time with settings tuned down to medium/high on 1440p and it was very playable, especially with g-sync. on a 3080 with same settings, I get 120+, and 70 - 90 when the base settings are maxed. still havent dabbled with the additional settings but maxing those out would probably bring me back to sub 50 fps.

There's not much left to be said about The Witcher 3 after 5 years of praise, awards, and near 400,000 Steam reviews, but I feel obligated to leave a positive review on the single player game I spent over 500 hours on. It is easily my favorite game of all time and I highly recommend it to all those who have been putting off buying it.

I move through the police station with a couple bullets fighting a ton of zombies. I get to this dude's prison cell and I need some parts to unlock it and get his badge. The parts are in the generator room. No problem, I go to the generator room and get the box with the part. I run back to the cell with mutant dogs biting my ass but I manage to get away. I get to the cell barely alive but super proud of myself. Then I realize I need a second part from the clock tower. I look at the map. The clock tower is on the last floor of the police station which is still crawling with zombies and that megadong super tyrant. I am one blow away from death and have 0 bullets. The closer you get to the station, the louder the tyrant thumping gets. Never have I been more scared to enter a building in my life. Make sure to have a spare set of pants nearby when you play this.

I have over 70 hours in HITMAN 2016 which I thought was an awesome return to the game's roots. However, there were still some minor things missing from that game such as proper shooting mechanics and the iconic briefcase. HITMAN 2 pretty much addressed all my complaints and I am having a blast playing it. The shooting is more satisfying and the gun sounds are scary (its a stealth game but sometimes you just have to pull out the silver baller). You can also notice more blood from npc wounds. The brief case is great too, you can finally enter a map with extra guns or items you grinded for. NPCs can't outrun it either no matter how good they are at hiding which is also a plus.

The maps are well desgined and have a ton of replay value just like HITMAN 2016. You also get the season 1 maps incorporated into the game. While I'm kind of disappointed the unlocked items do not carry over, I look forward to playing the older maps with the updated engine. If I were to mention some minor things that I would have liked added, it would be the dual silver ballers and using a human shield (the last we saw both of these was in Hitman Absolution). Even without those, I think this is what a perfect HITMAN game would look like and if the devs just want to add new maps without updates to the gameplay, I would be okay with that.
