If you are reading reviews because you're interested in the Borderlands franchise, buy this game. Borderlands 2 is one of my favourite games. It's so easy to get attached to all the characters and their unique personalities, and the gameplay itself is one of the best when it comes to loot shooters. The storyline itself isn't anything crazy amazing, but the characters and the voice acting really make it something special.

However, the decision to release Borderlands 3 exclusively on Epic gamestore is ignorant and stupid. Exclusivity deals are terrible for PC gaming as a whole, and given that steam doesn't charge for key activation on steam, there is literally no excuse for Gearbox to go with Epic games, even if Steam takes 30% compared to 12%. They could even charge more on Steam if they care that much.

So if you are interested in the Borderlands series, by all means buy this game and play it first. Wait on Borderlands 3 to come to Steam. This is an amazing game and is by no means outdated. Even if you don't mind the Epic gamestore, do it to say "F*** you" to exclusivity deals. Do it for the good of PC gaming.

So yeah, like everyone else, F*** Epic and F*** exclusivity. Wait for it to come to Steam.

Now I'm not saying that I support this, but I'm also not saying I don't. If you absolutely can't wait to play BL3: Pirate it before even considering buying it on EGS

fix restricted zones please

I bought this game just so that I could express the current issue with trading cards. There are two cards by the name of "Tower", so when purchasing them, it is by pure luck that you could ever achieve 5 of each with only 10 card purchases. There needs to be a name change of one of these cards so that this is no longer an issue. As of now I have a level 3 badge, 2 of each kind of card with the exception of the tower cards. I have 3 of one of the tower cards and 0 of the other. I refuse to continue purchasing them hoping to get the remaining two, but if the badge is not completed the other cards purchased will be a waste. Please fix this issue developers, all you have to do is change the name of one of the cards.

Easily one of the most beautiful games graphically speaking. So many details, especially in the animations.
