Right now, in its current state and pricing for ingame items I gotta say I can't recommend this game.

This used to be my favorite F2P FPS of all, but back in the day. You can still customize guns a lot, there are lots of modes to play with, the game feels a bit generic, but since the gameplay itself is decent, it doesn't feel bad.

What drives me mad however, is that now that Blacklight is "Back" the shops are charging an absurd amount of in-game currency (GP) for a single weapon, pretty much like the ridiculously grindy Rainbow 6 Siege Starter Edition. Who thought that demanding such time for a single unlock was a good idea? It was NOT this slow when I first played it.

Right now, my region doesn't have any severs, so I'm suffering with high ping, but if this game survives, this may change. Hit regs were weird even when I played on the right servers back in the day, so I don't know if that is still an issue.

I hope that this game pays more attention to its players and reduce (even if just a bit) the amount of GP needed to unlock stuff in-game, and promote itself more. If it gets public, it probably won't die, since the core game itself is kind of good. But, seeing so many interesting titles with a lot of potential dying recently, I am a bit scared for this, because with its current grindy aspect, I probably won't stay for long.
