I love this game, and I'm sad that it currently looks like we won't be getting any more instalments.

Good things:
- Graphics are nice, and run very well
- Extremely authentic, they've not wasted the F1 licence, the cars (down to differences between teams on the steering wheel) are extremely detailed, as are all the tracks, the voice lines taken from real life radio chatter do not get old, somehow it always feels special to hear a familiar voice in the game, all the profiles and pictures of real people in the game are also great to see, the game FEELS like F1, it's absolutely grounded in it
- The difficulty is fantastic, I chose Williams, because I hate myself, and my god, I work SO hard just to come away with almost nothing, and yet it feels like I am making progress in shaping the team to become a points contender
- Level of detail, there is so much to this game, so many things you can optimise, develop, upgrade, tweak
- Gameplay, despite being a management sim, the gameplay still feels engaging, I often spend extended periods watching the races unfold at 1x speed, sometimes not even watching my own cars (three way battle for the lead between Verstappen, Leclerc, and Norris was too damn juicy)
- Replay value, I'm only about half way through my first season, and I see myself doing at least a couple more seasons as Williams to see how far I can go, but that's just one team, there are 9 others, AND I can create my own team! There are also little scenario challenges, I think, I've not even looked at them because I've been so engrossed in my own career mode

Negatives:
- A couple of minor typos, a couple of bugs in which either an inappropriate voice line, or inappropriate track/driver name will be played or displayed, I happens rarely and doesn't really detract from the experience or break anything
- No more games after this one, I'm so sad that this game didn't get the love it needed, I think they've put quite a bit of polish on the game since it released so I cannot speak to the quality of the day 1 version, but at this point, I'd buy this game for £30-£40 easily

Final ramblings:
I don't even like management sims, but I do love F1, so I love this game. If you have more than a passing interest in F1, I'd say you'd probably enjoy this game
