I bought a game over Steam and it turned out that my account was connected to an old Steam account, and now I can't connect the this steam account (the new acc) to play the new game that I purchased on Steam.

* 3 days later - "Rock Star Support" didn't respond.
* 1 year later - "Rock Star Support" close my support ticket - they do nothing.
