This game is constantly changing and getting updated, keep that in mind. They cut a ton out to get an early release and after a good amount playing, it is well worth it. Please take into consideration that this review is split into to two different parts, multiplayer and campaign.
I've play halo since Halo since 2004 when Halo 2 came out. Aside from Halo 3 ODST being my favorite, this is the most fun I’ve had with a Halo campaign in a while. The design change to OPEN world is fantastic. You really feel like you’re playing as Master Chief himself!!!! I’ve had little issues running this game on my 1080TI and have had only two crashes. The campaign for me is a solid 9/10.

Let’s talk, multiplayer…

Mechanics and replayability are milestones beyond other Halo titles. I really have enjoyed playing with my friends!!! I can easily see myself dumping 1000 hours+ into this game. However, the micro-transactions don't feel micro at all…. Let’s start with bundles. These are heavily overpriced in my opinion. Obviously, they would never remove micro-transactions but please allow us to purchase individual items from a bundle. This next issue is being addressed from time I write this review, the Battle Pass progression system. The progression system can feel like a grind, especially with the weekly challenges. Once 343 allows its users to pick specific game modes from a playlist, I think this issue will be resolved. All in all, this is a solid Halo title! I do in fact recommend you trying the multiplayer, especially since it is FREE! If you enjoy it within you first hours of gameplay, give the campaign a try, I don’t think you’ll regret it.

I gave this game a thumbs down because of what 343 has done to this game...which is nothing but add cosmetics. The same issues from launch persist, perhaps, have gotten worse. Needless to say, Halo Infinite is a dead game with a population of under 2,000 players at the time of edit. Big sad because I really did enjoy the multiplayer.
