Great game that rewards exploring various builds to take on hordes of enemies. There is a wealth of weapon and skill choices to mess around with, or go nuts with min-max builds to challenge yourself with the harder difficulty mode and see how many floors you can clear before it inevitably kills you with harder and harder boss combinations (and exponentially increasing health pools).

Note, this game is still in early access and I have experienced some bugs on the way, to be expected. The current build as of this writing has a 100% crash rate on curse runs level III and above on MacOS. At some point it flips out trying to process something in high level curse runs and freezes. The game will eventually self terminate and upon reboot, the save file may or may not record *something* from that run and at least give your character experience from what it considers a "defeat", but this is not guaranteed. I've lost quite a few 30+ minute runs to this bug with nothing to show for it. Go in knowing that this is early access and they're still diligently working on it, and you'll be fine.

Designed to obliterate dopamine receptors. This is a fiendishly addicting "one more run" timesink that continues to surprise and intrigue players many hours after "beating" the main course of levels. There's always a way to push the edge a bit further each run. Sometimes you get demolished, sometimes you end up a living god. Lots of characters to choose from with strengths and weaknesses, adding to the challenge for skilled players. The only thing I can say negatively about this game is that it isn't on every platform. If the dev puts this on Switch and/or phones, say goodbye to productivity for months.

Rode in a helicopter shooting things, buddy punched me out of the air with a gigantic robot and then we won the mission. It is impossible to hate this game.
