Game Dev Tycoon is an addicting simulation game. You play a developer who starts as a lone coder in a basement. Depending on the choices you make, the pairings you choose, etc., you can grow into a large company with a booth at E3 and people waiting for your next release.

This is the type of game that, if you have responsibilities that day, you want to keep an eye on the clock or set an alarm. Several hours will pass before you realize it.

The first of the Mass Effect series and definitely worth the money. Good storyline, good combat (though I died quite a bit), and nice customization of character.
