hi i would like some help, i am trying to figure out how to install dlc on the first mass effect, i tried the guidelines but when i tried installing it it says every time install fail, is there a reason why it wont work and is there a way i can install the DLC's?...

How do I stop this warning from popping up when I start Mass Effect? Or how do I tell it to go away when I DO get it? It gives me the option to stop getting it, but I can't affect that warning pop-up in any way (but only the underlying game). Note that there ISN'T a 1920x1080 resolution available to me in Mass Effect - not as far as I can tell, at least.
