I'm rich!

Even though I have played over 300 hours, I have yet to scratch the surface of all the content in this game. Although BDO is grindy, it does not feel pay to win when you play solo, as the main quest lines and side quests do more than enough to level you up and prepare you with gear for the world. To compete with other players is a bit of a different story, but I've held my ground without spending a single cent on this game (I received it during a brief promotion when it was 100% off). I personally love the graphics and storyline, though I am a bit biased as this is my first mmorpg. The combat feels amazing, and the different classes offer varying levels of combo difficulty.
Trust me when I say this game is more than worth it—the game is pretty easy at the start, which is good for players who are new to mmos, and the game tries to do its best to teach you about its additional features and mechanics (though I still struggle understanding some concepts with gear upgrades, for example. There are many great online resources that help with explaining this, though). However as you level up and finish the introductory quest line, you'll find the game shifting to become more difficult to suit your level and skills. Really, this game is what you make of it. Enjoy!!
