Please be advised that while your son is under FIRST DWS, he is expected to comply with the following conditions:

1. To avoid committing any offense punishable with a sanction of Disciplinary
Warning Status or higher.
2. To avoid receiving four (4) green slips while still under status
3. To confer with his Class Adviser and Guidance Counselor for at least once a month.
4. Any violation of the conditions stated above may be grounds to put your son under a higher Discipline Status.

As parents, you are requested to have a monthly conference with your son's Class Adviser, Guidance Counselor, or Team Leader in order to be updated on his progress.

The Prefect of Discipline shall conduct an evaluation of your son's behavior after fifty (50) school days to determine whether or not the status can be lifted. If for some reason, no improvement is found in your son's behavior, he shall remain under FIRST DWS for another twenty (20) school days. After the specified period your son's behavior will once again be evaluated to determine whether or not the status can be lifted. If no improvement in behavior is found, the DWS will be elevated to SECOND DWS
