ranked system has been bugged for multiple seasons, frequently gaining 2% for an uphill battle and calibration every game. their attempt at rank deflation has just led to constant smurf lobbies, all former gm or masters players in plat alongside genuine plat players. rank is completely arbitrary and no longer reflects the players skill, with the only means of climbing being creating various accounts.

it's a shame so much of this games detail can be easily overlooked, not just its ending but its narrative as a whole. many take its ending very surface level and dont spend time thinking about the inconsistencies and what they mean. i strongly believe this is the best written video game :3
